Anybody else eat a lot of these? Lately I've been favoring the Contessa Chicken Fried Rice. It's 3 servings per bag. 3.5g fat per serving and 17g of protein. I usually eat the whole bag, so it's about 10g of fat and 51g of protein. I know the sodium is high, but I think most of that is in the sauce, and I usually only use 1/3 of the packet.
