I've never tried "cutting" or even trying to lose fat for that matter. I've been "bulking" or at least attempting to for the past almost 3 years or so (130 lbs to 180lbs ). Wanted to try something new so decided to cut, was planning on taking it slow. Picked up some Ephedrine beginning of the month, and did a quick 3 day test of 8mg E 200mg C, 16mg E 200mg C and 24mg E 200mg C. No side effects. Started on the 21st at 1 dose of 24mg E 200mg C, did that for 3 days then moved onto 2 does of same ratio. 21st: (~178lbs) 26th: (~170lbs) I know I didn't need the EC stack, but I wanted to have some experience with it. I did cardio twice over the past week. A 20mins session on the stairmaster after a workout, and today I tried out cardio on an empty stomach, 35mins the on tredmill with 5mins on stairmaster, took the EC after. Only diet change was switched up my bowl of rice for some fats... cheese, peanuts etc. Thought I'd share an EC stack experience, and testify that it does fucking work . Still have another ~5lbs to lose... going to finish off the 2 week cycle of EC(1 week left) then maintain without it.
