I could never get over this. Makes me not want to take it. It helps me so much i n the gym, but afterwards im shaky, paranoid, jittery, etc for about 3-4 hours until i come down finally from it. Im not sure what alternative to fuck with but I really need it on leg and back days for sure. It just helps me get those extra reps out and not start being lazy throughout my workout. Right now ive been sitting after my workout jittery and weird.
