I recently started lifting. I'm doing 2 exercises for shoulders: lifting weight parallel to body, and lifting weight perpendicular to body. I do 5 sets of 15 perp. lifts and 15 paral. lifts, and 20 pushups/20 squats in between each set. After the second day of this, I woke up and my shoulder hurt like hell , I couldn't rotate my arms, lift them, move them etc. It's been 4 days, and the pain is still there. What do you guys think? It doesn't feel like soreness... Is it serious?
