ok guys, how do I get a more full square look to my pecs. is the underside of my pecs underdeveloped or is it purely genetic. anything i can do? this pic is about 3 years old almost (i'd take a new pic but my friend ran off with my camera) so my chest has gotten bigger but i still think it looks kind of, well not square enough is the best i can think of saying. is there exercises i can do to kind of shape it or do i just need to focus on more mass? i can bench 225 for 6-7 reps so i'd think it'd be pretty good for mass right now, seeing as i only weigh 165 lbs. any suggestions? p.s. i've heard people say both, that you can shape your muscle and that you can't. in arnolds encyclopedia he seems to have the opinion that you can shape your muscles with different exercises. i'm wondering if you can only shape based on muscle insertion points or what?? the chest does have 3 muscle insertion points i think though so it seems like different exercises would target different heads of the muscle.
