my protein intake is about 40-50% of my total calorie intake
and my breath has never stank of ammonia
i've never heard of such nonsense.
no damage/stress to your kidney unless your kidney already has a problem
you just need to make sure you drink enough water.
If your breath reeks of ammonia that's more likely ketosis, which isn't from a high-protein diet but from a low-carb diet.
What is 5x of 30-40%?
Acetone doesnt smell anything like ammonia
Acetone is a solvent.
Fuck that article.
Yes, but most people don't know that and say ammonia.
Im on 220-260g of protein... i feel nothing yet
I heard this too
Tons of protien makes my balls stink
Gear does the same.
It has been proven time and time again that high protein diets only negatively affect kidney function if there is an already existing kidney problem. If you are fear that you might already have a kidney problem, THEN would be the correct time to worry about a high protein diet.
Even still, with kidney problems, you are still not likely to see severe affects just from high protein alone.
My daily intake of protein is generally between 36-45% of my daily cals.
Since I am currently on lower cals though, this usually only means 210-230g per day though.
Yeah, I heard that too
If you smell like NH3 or acetone, you are most likely doing something wrong....
DMSO makes peoples breath smell like a garbage dump.....
I never had any problems. I was told my skin tasted funny though.
It does make me break out slightly.
everyone I know that uses it their breath smells like rotten oysters for a few hours or so afterwards...
I don't just slab the shit on. lol It's only like 5% in a transdermal solution.
Get some 90% stuff and your breathe will wreck havoc on anyone around you
How do you get your nose down there?
