Is this BS or what??
wtf? is that even possible
taking in as much water and sodium as he did... I believe a LOT of that was water-weight.
I want to say yes, it's bs..... but I don't know. so we'll wait for someone who knows their shti to come in here and comment
even if it's true, it HAS to be unhealthy
um, i dont really know my shit like that, but im pretty sure thats physically impossible
well he probably gained the 1st 15 that he lost back in like a day since that was mostly water loss from the diuretics etc
noone ever denied /argued that
One would think, but I hesitate to pass judgement until someone who really knows (christophers, flimsy, purevl, etc) says one way or the other. I know for fact that it's very easy to go +/- 10 pounds of water weight (especially with creatine). I've seen my friends who are wrestlers drop weight quickly for weigh-ins, and I've personally gained pounds of water weight in days with creatine usage. Now, this guy probably knows his stuff being a competing BB'er. So part of me believes it may be true since he can flush most of the water out of his body and then hold way more water than he should, along with a shit ton of food. But at the same time.. .. I dunno man, 40 pounds in 4 days? that seems crazy....
he didn't gain LBM, in ingested 40lbs of food stuff and water.
very possible, my weight fluctuates about 15 pounds when i fuck up my diet, and i don't even look much different
oh and personally i've lost 26 pounds in a week for wrestling, and then the day of the meet after weigh ins i was 5 pounds over what i started from stuffing myself with everything in site and drinking 10 gallons of gatorade
he sure didn't gain 40 pounds of muscle, if that's what you're asking
my uncle gained 80 lbs in one night while he was in ICU...he looked like the stay puffed marshmallow man
My grandpa too, its amazing what excess water in your body can weight, when he passed he had an extra 100 lbs of water in him.
yeah, i bet the guys all water too, hes gonna be camping next to the washroom all night
very possible...thats why the day before wrestlers get certified they suck all their wieght out...while i was wrestling i lost 30 pounds within 2 weeks....after the season i gained 40 pounds in a week just like him,...unhealthy but not impossible
Intensive Care Unit
It'd be pretty hard to fake since there's so many OTers that listen to the edge, and I'm sure they consistently weighed him before and after.
Since he lost 15lb of water below normal, and can easily gain 15lb of water above normal, he just needs to gain about 5-6lb of fat and force in a little bit of extra water to do it.
It's not fake; no one ever claimed that he gained LBM... plus it's documented..
I would not put myself through that shit just to have a 1/41 chance of winning a shitty car.
I mean WTF.
Haha.. he's selling that POS.
