I had my first drill for the national guard this weekend. We had a hot lunch and an MRE for dinner. The next day we had an MRE for breakfast and then a hot lunch before we went home. I weighed myself when I got home and I had gained 5 pounds. It's been 3 days and I'm starting to lose the weight I gained. I'm just trying to figure out how I gained the weight and why isn't it staying on? Was it because of all the water I drank or the high calorie MRE's? I just want to be able to keep the weight on and keep on gaining weight.
