So I found a Gakic sample today for one serving, its mainly for body building and helps with a couple more reps. And has to be taken the same day as the workout, well I was wondering if anyone has tried Gakic with other sports? Like in Rugby, Football, or Wrestling, etc. and if you guys noticed any difference? Cause I've been taking Creatine to help me gain weight for wrestling and that has helped me tremendously and was wondering if this will also. Thanks and sorry for the noob question.
