Now through March 14th
yeah, im gonna dump off a few games i think. mw2 is gonna go while its still worth some decent money, should be able to get most my money back on that.
But they're still ripping you off
then dont do it simple as that, i do it all the time, i use promotions to maximize profits and i usually end up getting a good chunk back.
have you ever made $27 in profit? i don't think so motherfucker
It's not profits, it's just a smaller net loss for you.
you know what i meant.
and thats not true always, ive gotten quite a few deals where ive gotten a new game for free and a few extra bucks after trading in 1 game. it all depends
sure they don't give you as much credit as it's worth but it's easier and saves you the trouble of selling it. who wants to be a used game broker? just trade that shit in and get on with life.
i know you dont get your money back, rarely will you ever do that unless you sell it to someone which i personally dont do unless i know of a friend who wants it. but even then, they are picky about prices and end up trying to haggle the price. i just trade shit in, use it towards new games and get promotions on that too. you can get like 50-80% bonus credit doing so
Most of the games I would want to trade in would still probably only get me like $5 anyway
So I'd get $2 now instead of one? Gamestops a bunch of fags
No....you get $1.50 instead of $1.
You can trade in mass effect 2 for 52 bucks.
Or you could. They just lowered the trade in price on ME2.
To what? I'm sure they lowered the original price on every game by 50% to offset this.
Side note, has anyone seen Gamestops renamed to Game Trader? I've seen one so far.
They gave me $60 for Asassin's Creed 2.
wish their website would tell you how much the trade-in value was
I work there and my trade-ins of Zelda Spirit tracks and Mass effect 2 actually made me money.
If its worth it, I might just trade in MW2. Probably pick up Bioshock 2.
Never. The most I've seen (besides rare games) is 30$ for games like modern warfare 2.
Shit, I've seen newer games go for $37+ on Amazon and that store credit can be used on a fuck ton more than games.
i took about 22 360, ps3 & wii games up there, shit i got from work or had sitting around at home that i hardly played, or would never play again.
this was during the trade 7, get a bonus $50
walked out with $423.XX
