When I was younger I used to get gas pains a lot after eating. When I got serious with working out and dieting a few years ago it got a lot better. I figured it was mostly due to (1) eating a lot less carbs, (2) fiber in my diet, and (3) eating smaller portions.... The problem nearly went away within a few weeks. Lately though i've noticed that whenever I eat on a really empty stomach I end up with gas pains about an hour after my meal. It pissed me off because like right now for instance I should be leaving for the gym but I know that there is no point because I can't do anything with these damn stomach pains... Not to mention they make me bloated. So I have to sit around and wait until I can burp or fart a lot and get rid of it. Doesn't happen everyday, but probably once or twice a week and I can't pin point exactly what it could be. Anyone else experience this?
