wms? dextrose? gatorade? one of the dilemmas ive always had was how much simple sugars to consume post workout when REALLY drying out and shredding out hard...im talking 2-3 weeks out from a competition per se, what do pros use? would 1 scoop of WMS be fine or too much PWO? half a gatorade? pur/wolfhunter/timbercougar what do you guys use?
