you posted here enough to know all the answers in this thread

1) nudes? pics of you? pics of your inflamed asshole? pics of your tiny legs?

2) stickies. reread them.

3) log. start one. or go back and look at your old one.

a combination of both actually, i was maintaining for 1.5 years, not really gaining any ground, then i went to korea for a year. that's where the diet and training went. it's hard to get protein in large amounts like i was used to back in the states.

i was a member at a gym for the whole time i was there, but
a) it was hard to gauge gains or losses based on kilograms, so i went by feel ~
b) body building isn't as big in korea (especially in the small town i lived in) so at most, one set of weights and one bench, on squat rack for all the people who needed barbells.

but in the end, my laziness and lack of willpower take me down.

i'll make a pic post tomorrow so yall can slash me down.

Start from the beginning. It's hard but you got to get through it. It doesn't get easier either.

try switching up the exercises.

i.e. add circuit training once a week, do 3x12 db bench instead of 5x5 bb bench, do polymeric shit, just try some new exercises.

Deutschland
read the stickies
follow a routine built around compound movements (squat, bench, dead primarily)
be consistent in your exercise
control your diet, high protein at all times. eat alot when you want to gain weight. eat less when you want to lose weight. don't switch it up day to day or week to week.
