This is the extent to what I have gotten to before...i was 5'11" at 190lbs and right after I got a 105 fever and lost 30lbs. Now im down to like 155lbs and trying to get back into lifting...any advice for me? I'm one of those people that needs to eat like $200 a week in food (thats how i gained that weight before). sucks cause I have a manual labor job and i sweat balls in the summertime so that doesnt help either. I use on whey and cell mass creatine along with 17-hd soley for the boost in energy it gives me to lift.
