I changed up my routine a little bit that i seem to be getting alot more sore the next day. Im getting so sore i cant go to the gym 2 days in a row and dont know why. I actually cut my gym time down to about 1 hour 10 mintues and shortned my between set times. I dont know why, but im getting much more sore and it sucks. Im trying to gain muscle mass and i used to spend about 2 hours in the gym about 4-5 days a week. No i go the gym 3-4 times a week and for some odd resaon im actually getting bigger with putting less time in.
