I do crunches, cardio and weght lift and i still have gut. Any tips on how to get better abs.
I do eat good, i just cant get the six pack going
what do you tend to eat?
Reduce the calories that you eat and burn more calories through out the day.
I usually stick with boneless skinless chicken, i mix it up put it in sandwiches stuff like that. I try salads dont really like them but eat them anyways.
Thats one thing i dont know how to do. i work out for fun but now im getting more serious about it but i dont know how to count calories, i know it may seem dumb to some people but im new at it. If you got any tips they willl be appreciated.
Read the sticky and find out how to calculate your maintenance. Start out by eating like 300 cal below maintenance and workout and see if you lose weight. If that doesn't work, eat like 500 below maint. etc.....it will work.

there's a book you can also get on there for counting.
It takes time depending on how much fat you have. Don't expect results overnight.
Just checking out the recommended fitday.com. I like their sxual activity calorie counter. active "vigorous effort" for 10 minutes only burns 6 cal.
