PowerblocksSport 9.0 Stage I are; 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10,15, 17.5, 20 25, 27.5, 30, 35, 37.5, 40, 45, 47.5 and 50 lbs per hand.
Saw nothing but stellar reviews for them. Tried both them and the Bow Flex variety and these were hands down the better of the two. The Bow Flex ones jiggled a lil bit in your hands and just didn't feel as sturdy as the blocks. Just getting into a lifting routine and these with a stability ball and bench will be a good step in the right direction
