Sport 9.0 Stage I are; 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10,15, 17.5, 20 25, 27.5, 30, 35, 37.5, 40, 45, 47.5 and 50 lbs per hand.
Powerblocks :bowdown::bowdown::love:

Saw nothing but stellar reviews for them. Tried both them and the Bow Flex variety and these were hands down the better of the two. The Bow Flex ones jiggled a lil bit in your hands and just didn't feel as sturdy as the blocks. Just getting into a lifting routine and these with a stability ball and bench will be a good step in the right direction :)

Got a set of Powerblocks up to 90lbs. Love them. Wish they were a bit more flexible in how you could position your hands, but that's what some adjustable DBs are for, if need be.

Great addition to the home gym.

Congrats, I replaced my set a year ago with a set of Iron Masters... I just got sick of the hand positioning and the odd way they felt... I also did not like when I tried to set them down they just did not feel like dumbells should feel.

Ironmasters are really tits.... that said I am still selling off my home gym now as I still just would rather goto local gym, because home gym I only get to see my gf... local gym I get to see future gfs.

powerblocks are great when you are starting out, but you need to get the heaviest set and the key part is....buying them used. They can be worth it is the right price is found.
