i've always been a sucker for the convertible Beretta I would love the engine in is rather impressive for a 6 cylinder gen 2 3.1(4) based engine
they have way too many C4 Corvettes
They trying to make some profit?
1989 Corvette SS sold for $160k
anyplace online to follow this shit?
No, making room for other cars in the collection. They do it now and then.

I wanted to see the intimidator concept but i missed it
it was a butchered camaro. a regular sport couple with front drum brakes.

Why doesn't GM sell off all their old prototype vehicles and all but the most prestigious collectors cars BEFORE they go asking for a bail out?
see post 9
Been watching it the last two days.
1970 LS6 Chevelle with a TH400 transmission went for $73,000.
Yes...I understand they are not selling off all their classic cars...just some.
But if I had a closet full of jewelry at home...I'd sell that before I went and asked for a 3rd mortgage on my house.
Realisticallythey can't raise more than a couple million selling off old classic and collectors cars...but why not.... better to sell old cars and stay in business than keep them and go under....no?
Not like it's going to make a damn bit of difference either way. They might as well have kept them.
They don't have billions of dollars worth of collectible cars to sell.
I see why...and yet I don't.
In the big picture, selling a couple hundred 'rare' cars won't really generate any significant cash, but it would devalue the brand and lower their perceived quality and reputation.
I guess if GM could sell cars properly, they wouldn't be in this situation to begin with.... but It's like giving a desperate loan to someone who is wearing a diamond studded gold watch......
Looking through that list, it's a lot of old nascar decaled cars and C5 corvettes that they should have disposed of 5-10 years ago.
Is there any way to watch this live on the interwebs? No barret-jackson for home.
if it were warmer i'd buy one of those master blaster car driers
