ugly x 2
who were they competing against. themselves?
The Truck of the year award was really a given, considering they really mostly competing with themselves.
Here come the haters.
Fuck, my company staying open solely depends on GM, and I'll still say they make some of the worst shit.
what a joke
GM is really starting to build good cars has anyone else seen the new GMC Acadia yet? Holyhell, what a good looking SUV and the interior is very nicely put together.
Saw one driving around a while ago with a manufacturers plate....I didn't even know wtf it was....never remembered anything about it as a concept.
Me neither but that entire platform looks like its going to be a good one. The new malibu coming out in 8 or 9 months also looks to be a killer. I haven't sat in one yet but I have high hopes for that car.
has that saturn even been out for a year yet?
I rented the Saturn Aura in November. The interior was just a shitty gray wasteland.
No, it doesn't have to be out for a year
so I can come out wiht a civic that looks like a ferrari..but that'll fall apart after 2 weeks and it can be a car of the year?
What a suprise
I don't know anything about this car. I'm taking that it's midsize?
Interior wise, most of the japanese competition blows it away.. just judging by design since i haven't sat in it and felt around but it also doesn't look to be of such mind blowing quality.
it looks the same as the camry and the accord.
omg cars have plastic
but wait, spray some magic gook dust and it looks great
It's not mind blowing qualiity, not even close, but its a fantastic leap forward for saturn and puts them on par for the most part with much of their competition. Honda probably being the lone exception.
how sad is it...that when a company comes out with a product thats finally able to be the same quality as competition and for such major achievement they are rewarded with car of the year
Is there an article about why it got car of the year?
I agree that it's a huge step up from most saturns i've been in.
