Wanted to get down to 220 for my birthday as present to myself. Goal was set Dec 30th when I was 240. With some hard work/dedication I'm down to 218 . Surprising enough I've also seen pretty decent strength increases. 3 month mark is coming up and maybe, JUST MAYBE (actually I probably should) I will make an update post so I can get some guidance from some of you on to things I should do more or less of and all that fancy stuff. 80% of the information that I got to help me cut fat came from OT. Thanks EDIT: Last time I tried this I took a week off in April and shit went downhill from there. Not going to make that mistake again.
