I've established a firm gym and eating routine the last six months. I am committed to lifetime fitness. Now I need to set milestones so that I am always advancing. My first major milestone / goal is to lift 1.5 my body weight on bench, deads and squats. I weigh 180 so I want 270x8 across the board with PERFECT form. My best lifts: Bench: 195 x 6 Squat: 275 x 3 Dead: 185 x 5 (My form still isn't perfect on deads so I don't think I'm lifting as heavy as I could) This should be an easily obtainable goal in the next 6-12 months and putting here will commit me to it.
