For the past 8 months, i have been on a low-carb, high protein high fiber diet. Along with working out at the gym, It has done my body good, lost a lot of weight. However, i am going on a cruise with a group of friends and i am going to let my diet go for that period. How can I minimize the damage if any? also, what can i do when i come back from this " binge " to recover?
