With flys before incline and flat. I got a question though. Most of the time when I do my set of flys (on the machine) the insides of my arms (armpit area) are what get the most sore. Watsup with that? My elbows are a little lower than shoulder height, and they are bent in a little. Am I doing too much weight? I can hit the 12-15 easy, but when I try to do a drop set, it's my arms that give out first. Any suggestions on that? and Is starch good or bad for bulking? Theres that whole rumor that dudes get big in jail cause of the startchy diet. Should I wash the whole wheat pasta with water before I eat it or leave the starch?
