point me in the right direction.

I figure thats what they would say to you but heres what I'd say. Lift upper and lower body and work in some cardio too. Yeah, thats it. I dont' have any routines or anything for you to follow but thats the general idea.
ask your elite athlete famliy members.

a basic 5x5 will work too
