About a year ago I started Deadlifting. Never had really done it before. Anyway almost a year ago exactly I was doing reps of 6 at maybe 215, probably closer to 200. As of 2 days ago my sets went like this. 1st 1x6 = 305 2nd 1x6 = 315 3rd 1x6 = 325 4th 1x6 = 325 5th 1x3 = 415 Does that sound about right or should I be doing a bit better?
