Since I started lifting, the main thing I've focused on diet-wise is protein intake. Last semester, I made sure to eat meat with every meal. Many times my meals consisted solely of meat, nothing else (e.g. all I'd eat all day was literally chicken breast, no carbs in sight). I'm beginning to think it's time to learn more about nutrition. Do you guys have any good books you can recommend for nutrition in regards to bodybuilding. Links would be appreciated.
