Nothing filling, just something to put in my stomach before a work-out.
a piece of bread or banana is what i eat, but thats when im eating calorie deficit.
anything with carbs + protein
A couple pieces of wheat bread?
yea, that does the trick for me. maybe a protein shake in milk
my pre workout is usually a protein shake and 1/2 cup oats
i add a natty pb sammich and that is mine
