Just thought I'd share this for the military people, or anyone who likes doing push ups. I found a good way to increase your push up count online from a SEAL, if I find the link I'll post it. This is a 10 day program you do in addition to your regular workout. First day you do 300 push ups throughout the day. I do 6 sets of 50 spread throughout the day. Next day you do 300 in one workout. I do 10 sets of 30 with a minute between sets. Then the next day you do 300 throughout the day, etc for 10 days. After the 10th day, take 3 days completely off from upper body workouts. On the 4th day, test yourself. The first time I did this program, I increased my 2 minute push up count by over 20. Second time I increased a lot also. Got my count to about 80 good form push ups in 2 minutes (also makes me look fucking jacked), so I highly recommend this. Just remember to keep perfect form!! EDIT: If you can't do more then 75 push ups in 2 minutes to begin with, do 200 instead of 300.
