All I eat right now is Honey Bunches of Oats(cereal)
I'm lookin to cut. Any good suggestions?
have you checked out the training logs? other than that, i don't know right now

throw a slice of chease on the egs for some flavor
maybee an apple or something
1/2 cup oats, 23g whey protein scoop, blended in 16oz water
no, man you fucking suck, quit posting, 250 calories isnt enough for breakfast, cutting or not
I am for a minimum of 500 cals for breakfast
Usually evrey meal I eat exceeds 1000 cals though
800cal weight gainer shake with milk or juice, bread, or cereal thats not all sugar
