Sorry if this has been covered before, I browsed around a little and didn't see anything. My problem is that I'm a college student who is trying to eat healthy while also having 1000 other things to do with my life. What are some good and healthy recipes for food that I could make for lunches / dinners sometime? All too often I am having to eat fast food (Jimmy John's, Fazoli's, etc) because I don't have time to eat healthy. So I am looking for some good recipes of healthy foods that I can start making at my apartment for dinners and lunches that won't require too much time.
