all i have is a tub of almonds at my desk, what else do you guys eat?
i wish i enjoyed beef jerky
hard boiled eggs
i'm allergic to almonds. found that out when i had to stay overnight in the hospital christmas eve
I usually have yogurt, bananas, nature valley bars, protein bars in my cube

If I dragged in my mini-fridge I'd also keep some yogurt, cottage cheese, and string cheese around.

Put together your own trail mix.
Total win there.
-Whole grain cereals
-All natural fruit leathers.
-Low Fat Microwave popcorn
-various dried fruits
-Low fat wheat things (go great with pb, or cottage cheese)
-low fat PB
almonds, lowfat organic string cheese in the fridge, turkey jerky.
Nitrotech Hardcore Bars ftw
celery + carrots are fun cause they're crunchy.
Pisses coworkers off sometimes too.
walnuts are fucking awesome.
natty PB, preferably Skippy Natural.
Whey protein + shaker cup + access to water.
Carrots w/ Splenda sprinkled on
