what does everyone do for traps?!@#? just want some good idea's for when i lift tonight

sometimes I do something similar on a standing calf raise machine...I just shrug my shoulders instead of doing the raises
The hidden secret to traps that I think hardly ANYONE knows about is power/hang cleans. This manuever DESTROYS my traps. I don't think anyone does them due to the complexity of the lift, but if you can get a decent enough form to where you can actually put enough weight on there to work those traps, they will be as sore as you can ever remember. BTW, I have never gotten anything from shrugs. My forearms start to hurt from holding all the weight, but my traps never really got sore at all or showed any improvement.
