ive been doing this routine for a few years now and have seen good results but just wanted to know peoples opinions on this. im not that serious in bodybuilding and dont do any leg work because i really dont care about my legs. i have adopted this routine because i really cant understand the concept of training one body part a week...i mean im sure it really doesnt take 6 days for an individual muscle to recover. anyway... this is my routine. i break it up into 2 days and do it three times a week with sunday off. i do 4 sets of everything with about 8 reps each day 1: chest - dumbbell flat bench press tricepts - seated dummbell presses day 2: sholders - arnold presses bicepts - seated dumbbell curls abs - cruches. hold the crunch in the crunch position for 5 seconds each rep and i do as many as i can untill failure any suggestions?
