The discount is
d200 body for $1099
rofl fort collins?
Fuck wolf camera, such a rip off.
get me one, stat!
Do you make commision there?? Hook me up with a 10-22 and I'll be visiting you in a couple days
I used to buy stuff there when I was in a serious pinch and needed something special for a weekend. Then come back and return it the following week.
Free rentals ftw...and when they do stuff like charge $500 for a 580 ex... they deserve it.
You're too cheap to buy anything local
how would you deduce that.
I got a patek philippe watch today.
I was giving ya shit.......where did you shop locally?
+15% sales tax?
denver pro photo...only things I bought locally were lighting/backdrop related.
You need big $ to be a canon dealer- DPP did only nikon, ritz is such a huge rip off...mikes is too, but they used to have good repair shops (out on colorado blvd)
Get me a canon 85 1.8.
Actually, how much do you pay for one?
same discount for me.
i also get the 70-300 VR for 349
whats the pay though
I work at Ritz also, but work in the lab. Pay is crappy, discounts are crappy, but discount on prints are fairly good. 40% off prints, 7 on cameras, 15 on lenses, 30 on most accessories.
5d with 24-105 for $2675, gots to save me some moniessss
if you were to get a 5d, get a better lens than the 24-105
It comes as a package, but I would prob just sell the 24-105 as I already have a good lens lineup, therefore, 5d body for about $1800
my friend worked at a local pro shop
only thing he saved one was prints/film etc
medium format becomes a LOT cheaper when you are getting 40% off film
camera bodies and lenses don't have much margin on them, so discounts won't be good, especially at street price. theres mroe margin at kits cause they charge msrp. accessories have shit loads of margin on them though.
i worked at a frys in the camera/camcorder area, but saved around 70% on audio, 35% on video, 20% on computers but only 5-10% on camera. this was based on cost +10%. Just the way electronics are sold, certain areas just have more margin than others.
Yeah, I've never bought anything from them in the past, always got stuff online because I'm always poor.
Yeah I make commission. I just started so I haven't really sold much yet. I have tons of training to go through yet.
Not very good. $8/hr here. But, this job is just to pay rent and whatnot while I'm trying to finish school.
rent is so cheap there...I shit my pants whenever I go back. $240 a month I pay 4x what my friends who still live there pay.
I had no idea there was a wolf/ritz in ftc? Place has exploded in the past 10 years.
Where the hell did you pay $240 a month in Denver?
