Airmen Against Drunk Driving. I know this is a pretty AF wide thing, Keesler's is a great program. Where military personnel volunteer their own off-duty time and gas to be an on call DD for any card carrying military member that is too drunk to drive. All they have to do is call the number and they get a free ride home. If they abuse the system in any way (i.e. not being drunk and using as taxi, or trying to get driver to take them to another bar) then their name is taken and their First Shirt notified. Other than abusers it is fairly anonymous. Pretty much endorsed from the base commander down. Do other branches have something similar?
