I got an idea to make a vanilla whey shake a little more....different. You can guy Tazo Chai (regular or sugarfree). The regular is 70 calories for 4 ounces and I think 18 grams of sugar. It uses honey and cane syrup. You only need 1 ounce for a shake so divide that by 4. Just make a vanilla shake w/ milk...and add an ounce of this. It makes it taste like an iced chai you would get from Starbucks (starbucks uses tazo). You can get it at Super Wal-Mart, Publix, etc. In the coffee/tea section.
