I've read tons of sites on tips & explanations for all those settings on today's DSLR's, but the biggest issue I had was it didn't talk about my camera. The manual does a good job of telling you where it is, but not quite what it does and why you would use it. So while I'll know about it, and snap away at different things not quite understanding why I'm doing it with that setting or why I should try it another way. So I grabbed one of the Magic Lantern Guides for my XT and I got about 1/2 way through it tonight. And I gotta say I feel I know a lot more about my camera from this, than from the manual or some other sites with general explanations. Dunno why, but the book breaks it down clearly while not getting too complicated. I can't wait to take some shots with some of the settings I've configured now.
