    Yes quite informative.

    ... though for the most part the constantly changing shorts and the cue cards had me chuckling.


    Covers the 'normal' deadlift and then ends with demo sumo-deads?

    Looks good. his feet are very close together in the instructional section, i dunno I have always had mine about shoulder maybe a bit more spread
