I know there used to be a Rock Crew thread around but I never saw one for classical music. Some of you may think its faggy but I seem to work out better if I listen to music that has no vocals vs music that's supposed to get me pumped up. If I just zone out I can push myself a bit further. I stick to mainly older school instrumentals like Renaissance and Classical. The Romantic shit like Debussy is too whimsical and fruit filled. I recommend: Beethoven: fur elise, violin concerto in d major, symphony #5 Bach: Find a best of collection Chopin: Nocturne in e flat major, best of Verdi:Verdi Requiem - II Dies Irae, = intense shit Vivaldi: four seasons For a newer flavor, download the Oldboy official soundtrack. If you've never listened/appreciated Classical music, it's not too late. Being able to name drop a few overtures may get you laid or a job someday. Peace.
