while it was cool...you fucking geek
sorry, no...would have to go with the shot in goodfellas where they followed henry and the chick (can't remember her name but Lorraine Bracco) through the restaurant, etc. to the table and all. Longest uncut shot in film history.
meh it was pretty great but not the greatest.
There's no CG in that shot.
The orcs really were there.
Most of that is CG, far from the greatest. The scene in Monty Python's Search For the Holy Grail or whatever the title is, where they come up on the flesh eating bunny is better than that one.
I was thinking the same thing when i saw the first few pics
There was a scene in Bad Santa better than that
Wait, that's from a Monty Python movie, right?
If Gandalf had the holy hand grenade, he wouldn't have needed all those horses
Also, the scene in Life of Brian where he opens the window nekkid and there's a huge crowd outside is better
And the Biggus Dickus scene was better too
the opening scene of Orson Welles' Touch of Evil is longer (and better)
hmmm...can't say as I've seen that...this is just what I read somewhere...
*edit - of course that movie Russian Ark is really the longest since the entire film (96 minutes) was done in one uncut take...
hah people still say cgi
I like these better.
