I just owned myself trying to do wrist curls with 95lbs today.
How are your other lifts doing these days?
My last squat workout was 405x2x1x1x1x1 (which is the most times in a workout Ive ever squated 405.) then broke down 315x10, 225x12.
weak before that pulled 465 for the first time in like 6 months. Was pretty easy though.
for some reason my bench took a dump after my month off. 225x10 is really hard. and I used to end my workout with 225x12. but i've stepped up my arm workouts and strenght wise they are coming along well.
I've also shortened my workouts down to the 45min - 1 hour range which i think has helped a lot.
And for crunking I had the #3 down to 1/8 inch tonight. I cant pinch anymore because of the gay decogon weights at this gym.
