I really hate to come into a thread like this and say something negative, but does any part of your body grow except your upper back? arms, lower back and shoulders look the same as your before pics
maybe they all grow at the same rate
yeah, 33% of my total body weight gain is real lame..
you haters are funny.. i've made more progress than 90% of F&N that comes on here for a week and leaves.. yet you guys give me so much shit.. it's comical.

maybe if you stopped resting 4 minutes between each exercise you would show MORE progress
you really think 3-4 minutes between..say...deadlifts + pullups.. or incline and flys is a long time?
my back is the one part that seem to NEVER grows
deadlifts, seated rows, pull ups.. i dont do much else for the back
sometimes some bent over bb rows or one arm db rows..

do you even pull heavy? your lower back is tiny do some GM's or SLDL's or pullthroughs or something
3-4 minutes is a long ass time.
Yesterday I did 4 sets of deadlifts, switched to 3 sets of bent-over rows after a 60 second rest, then switched to 3 sets of good mornings after a 60 second rest. My rest period between sets is usually 90 seconds...2 minutes if I'm really feeling it.

Mike, you need to ask the doc for some dbol now.
1 minute to 1min 30 seconds is all you need for hypertrophy. YOu don't need to wait 5 minutes to do a set of deadlifts you pussy
