Some nice shots there. The two pics that define the game would be #9 #18. Photo editors look for images that sum up a game in one or two shots. The only thing I think you need practice on is placing yourself in a spot to get the "definitive" shot.

Me too, I think I'm making a large print of it for my wall.

Some nice shots there. The two pics that define the game would be #9 #18. Photo editors look for images that sum up a game in one or two shots. The only thing I think you need practice on is placing yourself in a spot to get the "definitive" shot.

I couldn't agree more, I always seem to get some great pictures, but they would only be good if my team lost the game. Oh well. Thanks, I will definitely work on that next game.

#1 is pretty nice. As far as football pics go though, the only ones I like are 11,15, and 19. The other ones are either facing the wrong way or look soft. I thought maybe I was just being overly picky with sharpness, but when I see something like 15, I know what the pictures COULD be. #3 Wrong way #4 All I want to look at is player 11 and hes OOF. Action doesnt work well from behind #5 Pretty loose and Ive got to think that if you took a frame just a split second later that it could have been much better #6 Looks strangely soft?...Would love to have a face in that one but sometimes you just take what you can get #7 Just doesnt do much for me #8 Wrong way #9 I really wish I could see his face. Timing is nice. Lighting is bad. #10 Another one where I think it could have been a lot better just a second later #11 I really like. I would have worked with it some more in post to bring out his face, but thats just me #12 Hate those visors #13 Wrong way #14 Looks soft #15 I like it. Id crop it tighter #16 Wrong way #17 Go tighter #18 Not bad. Id rather see the Duke player tackling the guy or falling flat on his face though.. #19 Pretty alright #20 Wrong angle. Yup. There are lots of people out there with just a 200mm

I also saw a guy with a 70-300 :

I wanted to get some practice, now I'm probably going to rent a 300 or 400 prime.

in #13 at first glance it looks like #28 for duke doesnt have a head. u can see his helmet on the other side of the gt guy but it took me a little bit. lol

#1 is bad ass.
