i worked my boobies. golly gee am I weaksauce.
I will make it at somewhere around 7-8 tonight. Legs and shoulders. Since I am going on vacation tomorrow I have to cram my week into three days and hope that they have some decent equipment or it may be just cardio for the next week and a half.
or just take a week off

my pre-workout nutrition (or lack of) that early in the morning is killing me
yea I have no time for preworkout nutrition. if i stop to think about anything at all, i'll convince myself to go back to bed.
once I'm out of bed, I'm usually good to go. Its the whole swinging my feet off the bed I have a problem with
and i did it again today at 5:45am.
i think that's a record.
I won't be going till 8-9 pm. Gym is too packed M-F to go any earlier.

i have to go in at 6:20am 3 days a week before class and do a bunch of suicides and laps until 7:45. its been absolute hell because im not used to this shit, but ill get used to it. we have to do this for baseball.
