Barrel length doesn't matter, the optic mount is the same height. The pic rail for the optic is the MFI Ultra low mount.
Shorter receiver though, so the charging handle comes a lot closer to the front left claw mount protrusion on the -K than on the MP5.
Maybe look for a K specific claw mount then. I haven't seen any, not that I looked specifically and I doubt anyone makes one.
