School officials told Local 4 the school went on lockdown Friday afternoon but could not give any other details because they were dealing with an emergency. School officials also said the Dearborn police may have the alleged gunman in custody. The Associated Press reports 12-year-year-old Christian Plonka said he was in the college's MacKenzie Fine Arts Center when he heard a gunshot. He and others participating in a theater program ran to the adjacent University of Michigan-Dearborn campus until police gave the all-clear. Police have not released any other details.
