Guys, I need you to rip me to shreds *pic* *PUR,TRANCOCK,ACURA,GOGZCOCK I'm currently 195lb, don't know body fat%, and I'm losing size. This is what my diet consists of nowadays: 10 AM: 5 Egg whites,1 yolk, 12oz of 1% milk, 2 slices of 99% fat free ham 2:00 pm: Either 2 Chicken breast or 2 tuna cans + a small ceaser side salad with fat free dressing 5:00 pm = 3 scoops of Optimum procomplex protein 7:00 = repeat of the 2 pm meal minus the salad 9:00 pm (pre-workout) = 7 eggwhites, 1 yolk, and 2-3 slices of 99% fat free ham. All in all, I'm taking in about 250-270 grams of protein per day, about 60-70 grams of carbs and about 30-40 grams of fats. I honestly thinking my diet is good, but my training is what's fucking me up. I do mostly high-rep (12-15) circuit training both mondays and tuesdays with only one power day a week after my friday carbload. Should I completely stop with the circuit bullshit and switch to a heavy power training split for the entire week? Oh and I do 40 minutes of cardio, 3x a week.
