I was doing t-bar rows today, attempting my final set of 275lbs, which I've done before. On my 3rd rep, I heard a popping sound in my lower back. Needless to say I ended my session and went home. I had my gf put bengay on it and massage it a bit. Now it hurts like crazy to bend over, and I'm hurting me a bit just sitting in this seat. Do you guys have any idea what this could be? Did I fuck up my back permantly? I'm going to take a week off and see what happens. In addition, what should I do during an injury? Should I up my protein in my diet, so that I minimize atrophy? Someone help!
