Let me begin by saying that I know next to NOTHING with regards to physical fitness. What I do know is that after I had my daughter a year ago, I quit smoking and totally blew up. Before she was born I was by no means the symbol of health, but at least I could sit in a chair without my stomach falling over my belt. I weighed about 185, and now I have to be pushing 210. I am 5' 11" tall. I don't know what to do AT ALL. I know nothing about working out, or eating right. I try my best to attain information through the internet and these forums, but it is all so overwhelming. I cannot piece together everything to figure out what I should do. Hopefully one or more of you guys can find it in your heart to help me out. This was the first place I thought of going for help, because I posted here often when I first joined.
