stole idea from the thread in the main forum. What kind of quirks do you have in the gym? when i bench, i have to stretch out each finger by pressing each finger against the bar, and also bring my face up to the bar, then back down, and lift. i slap my biceps when i work them out (heavy sets only) so blood rushes into them. When i do deadlifts, i have to rest my knees on the bar for like 5-10 seconds sometimes i smack myself in the face now to try to get excited, but doesn't work too well.
